How long will it take to get my package?

Typically, it will take 5-10 business days to get your package, depending on your address.

Do you ship internationally?

No. Currently, we only ship to China, the USA, the UK, Canada, Germany, France, Italy and Spain.

How can I track the status of my order?

A tracking number will be sent to you by email once your order is shipped out.

What is the warranty period?

We have a 2-year warranty for all products.

What is your return policy?

What lamps do you sell?

Currently, we sell desk lamps, table lamps and floor lamps. We will launch more in the future.

Is my lamp dimmable?

Yes, all the lamps we sell are dimmable.

Do the lamps cause eye damage?

No, our lamps have been certified as eye-friendly, with no blue light, glare and flicker. In addition, the Color Rendering Index (CRI) is equal to or greater than 95, effectively restoring the true colors of objects.

What type of light source do your lamps use?

Our lamps adopt Bridgelux's advanced LED lamp beads, which are energy-efficient, eye-friendly and long-lasting.

How do I clean and maintain a desk lamp?

Our lamps can be cleaned using a soft, lint-free cloth and mild cleaning solution. Always make sure to unplug the lamp before cleaning and refer to the User Manual for specific cleaning recommendations.
